- The clock on my Amiga 2000 looses the time whenever I power down.
-
- (I can save and retrieve the time while power is up and have tried
- setclock opt reset to no avail. Any power interuption sends me back to
- August of '92!)
-
- Is it probably the battery and what battery does it need?
- (I know I should just open the case and look, but it is major job to
- rearrange the furniture so that I can reach it!)
-
- Also, where can I get that connector to extend the 8-bit IBM bus on the
- motherboard to 16-bit? I even phoned AMP Canada and they told me that
- there is noone they know of in Canada or the US who will sell it to me!
- (They will sell it to me, but the minimum order is 10,000!)
-
- I do have a couple on an old motherboard, but I cannot get them de-soldered!
-
- Thanks for any help!
